MODERNIZATION OF THE LAW ON SELF-REGULATORY ORGANIZATION IN THE CONTEXT OF THE REFORM OF SUPERVISORY ACTIVITY OF STATE BODIES

This article deals with the problems of the law of transformation of the self-regulatory organizations in the process of reforming the supervisory authorities. The article raised issues of improvement of legislation for violations of SROs, including in the area of administrative responsibility. The author of the affected and other topical issues of Russian legislation regulating questions of SRO, specific examples of working with the SROs kontrrolno and supervisory bodies.

TO THE QUESTION OF THE THEORY OF FEDERALISM: COMPENSATION OF DISADVANTAGES

The article attempts to return to the scientific discourse the problems of the theory of federalism, even the very theme of federalism, which almost disappeared from the active and full-blooded discussion, which can be regarded as a serious political omission and academic miscalculation. And in all senses, and therefore – shortsighted state policy, strategy and tactics of modern political life, stagnant scientific forms in a federally arranged country where federalism is elevated to the rank of constitutional norm.

EVALUATION BY THE POPULATION OF REGIONAL ELITES AS AN INDICATOR OF THE STATE OF NATIONAL SAFETY OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION

The article describes evaluation by the population of contemporary regional political elites taken as an indicator reflecting the state of national security in certain regions and in the Russian Federation as a whole. The article studies issues connected with the formation of the Russian regional elites with the aim of improving the state personnel policy, interaction of the elites in the domestic socio-political space and the government transparency level.

CITIZENSHIP OF THE UNION STATE OF BELARUS AND RUSSIA AS A FACTOR CONTRIBUTING TO THE RESOLUTION OF THE SECURITY PROBLEMS ON THE EURASIAN CONTINENT

The article reviews the issues of integration of Belarus and Russia. The institute of citizenship of the Union of Belarus and Russia should be further developed. The citizens of the two States remain aliens to each other. In the time of war in Ukraine, this factor requires a lot of attention and new policy initiatives. Integration projects should be implemented in accordance with the norms of international law. Implementation of this provision would provide for the resolution of issues related to security on the continent of Eurasia.
