ON THE ISSUE OF ANTI-CRISIS MANAGEMENT OF AN ENTERPRISE IN THE REPUBLIC OF KAZAKHSTAN

Managing systems in a state of disequilibrium and imbalance requires managers to master practical skills in anticipating and recognizing crises, eliminating the negative consequences of emerging negative factors. Crisis management includes a set of methods used in various functional management subsystems. Social technologies, methods of economic analysis, forecasting, development of complex investment projects and anti-crisis programs, restructuring and reorganization plans are used in a complex to prevent and overcome crises in a timely manner. Anti-crisis management includes a set of knowledge and the results of the analysis of practical experience, which are aimed at optimizing the mechanisms of regulation of systems, identifying hidden resources, development potential at a difficult stage of development. The specifics of crisis management are associated with the need to make complex management decisions in the conditions of limited financial resources, a high degree of uncertainty and risk. A manager who solves such tasks is faced with the need to act in a timely and fast manner, and his level of responsibility is growing. Anti-crisis management, as an enterprise management system, has a complex, systemic nature. It is aimed at preventing or eliminating unfavorable phenomena for business by using the full potential of modern management, developing and implementing a special program at the enterprise that has a strategic nature, allowing to eliminate temporary difficulties, preserve and multiply market positions under any circumstances, relying mainly on its own resources.

COUPLING THE EAEU AND THE CHINESE BELT AND ROAD INITIATIVE: ESSENCE, SUCCESSES, PROBLEMS, PROSPECTS

In the current conditions of formation of a new world order and aggravation of situation on the world stage, strategic partnerships and alliances must take measures to increase reliability of their relations. Reliability is most pronounced in major cooperation projects, such as coupling of the Eurasian Economic Union and China's Belt and Road Initiative. There are already certain achievements in the development of this process. At the same time, there are a number of problems on its way that need to be resolved. The prospects for pairing the EAEU and the BRI largely depend on ability of participants in this process to build on the successes achieved and at the same time solve emerging problems. The effectiveness of coupling the EAEU and the BRI directly affects reliability of the strategic partnership between Russia and China.

HIGH-TECH TRANSNATIONAL CORPORATIONS IN THE SYSTEM OF INTERNATIONAL RELATIONS IN THE CONDITIONS OF DIGITALIZATION: PROBLEMS AND PROSPECTS

Digitalization is the effective use of digital technologies in society. In this article, the author explores the problem of the influence of high-tech transnational corporations on the modern architecture of international relations in the context of globalization and the construction of an information-digital economy. The first part of the work is devoted to the analysis of the "leverage" that TNCs use to influence international relations. In the second part of the article, the author, relying, among other things, on the experience of the Russian Federation and the People's Republic of China, proposed specific measures to counter this negative phenomenon.

THE HISTORY OF THE NOMADIC EMPIRES OF EURASIA IN THE CONTEXT OF MODERN CONCEPTS

The article is devoted to one of the most pressing problems of the nomads of Central Asia, the role and place of nomadic empires in the history of Eurasia. It is noted that it is necessary to study this problem using new methods and relying on the achievements of modern humanities. The nomadic empires that existed in the vast expanses of Eurasia had their own specifics, which were not taken into account when studying on the principles built on the basis of the Eurocentric approach. It is emphasized that the Mongol Empire was an alloy representing a nomadic empire, a state and a world-system. The space united under a single beginning also contributed to the active functioning of the Great Silk Road. It is emphasized that nomadic empires have contributed to the development of the material and spiritual culture of various peoples, primarily of the Eurasian continent.

THE IMPACT OF THE DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION OF THE ECONOMY AND SOCIAL LIFE ON THE FORMATION OF CAREER STRATEGIES OF STUDENTS

This article is devoted to the study of the impact of digital transformation on the career strategies of students. The authors focused on identifying the duality of career expectations of students, that is, focusing not only on career growth, but also other significant motivational factors, as well as tracking changes that have occurred taking into account the introduction of distance learning formats. As a result of the survey and processing of the results obtained: current trends existing in students' career expectations are identified; scenarios for changing career strategies in the context of digital transformation are proposed; a theoretical model for adapting the educational process to current changes is developed. The results can serve as a starting point when making decisions on the adjustment of educational programs and the development of measures to attract applicants.

POLITICAL AND ECONOMIC INSTRUMENTS FOR INVESTMENT ATTRACTION TO RUSSIA

Economic diplomacy is aimed not only to expand the domestic producers export abroad, but also to increase the inflow of investments into the country's economy by providing convenient tools for investment cooperation.

Analyzing investment interaction, the greatest importance is traditionally attached to foreign direct investment attraction, but no less important is the expansion of influence abroad and the protection of national interests supporting domestic companies abroad.

The article also analyzes the practice of attracting foreign investment to Russian special economic zones and through special investment contracts.
