THE POST-SOVIET STATES AS AN OBJECT OF THE CONTEST BETWEEN GREAT POWS
All new independent states established after the collapse of the Soviet Union in 1991commited themselves to building modern democratic societies as the main political goal. Thirty years after the proclamation of their independence fifteen post-Soviet countries is a specific conglomerate of quite different socio-political entities. There is in this mixture a tough dictatorship of the Stalinist type, but there are th NATO and EU member states with a standard set of political and humanitarian values shared within those organizations.
The existing political regimes formed in place of former Soviet republics are still in transition. This process goes on in the conformity with national priorities but it is also significantly influenced by the competition between different power centers confronting each other in struggle for bigger place under the sun in the post-Soviet area.
The presented article analyzes some aspects of this confrontation and contains some conclusions from the stare building experience in of new independent states.
In all the countries of the post-Soviet space in 1991, the goal of building a modern democratic society was unambiguously declared. However, thirty years after the proclamation of independence, fifteen post-Soviet countries present with a motley picture of models of socio-political structure from a tough dictatorship of the Stalinist type to member states of NATO and the European Union with a standard set of political and humanitarian values for these organizations. At the same time, the existing systems of state structures in all post-Soviet countries without exception cannot be considered final. The process of their formation continues in accordance with their own current national priorities, as well as under the influence of the policies of the main world power centers fighting to strengthen their influence in these countries. This article analyzes some aspects of the confrontation between the main power centers of the modern world in the post-Soviet space and draws conclusions about the possible prospects of this process.

LEGAL BASIS OF THE CONSTITUTION OF THE REPUBLIC OF KAZAKHSTAN: EXPERIENCE OF 25 YEARS OF DEVELOPMENT
The Constitution acts as a powerful law-forming factor both in the sense of the direct effect of its norms, and due to its normative-orienting influence on the law-making process. The Constitution serves as the main normative and legal criterion for the interpretation and application of all legal acts and the commission of legal actions, guarantees the rule of law in the legal system, and is designed to ensure legal stability and succession even in the event of political and other changes in the society.

COMMONWEALTH OF INDEPENDENT STATES: NEW TOPICALITIES
In the study of the integration processes of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS), there is a need to analyze the external and internal (external and internal) properties of the subjects of the Commonwealth to be responsible for events inside and outside the CIS. A new reality is emerging for new relevance values. After almost 30 years of existence of the CIS, it is important to analyze the ability of the leaders and governments of the CIS countries, the Commonwealth bureaucracy, and the scientific and expert community to assess and understand the difference between how the integration process in the CIS is described and understood. And what it really is. The prerequisite for such a research plan is still the assumption that modern processes are monstrously contradictory, combining opposites. But also, the fact that the CIS, built into the modern world, having existed, despite the complex threats from inside and outside, for about 30 years, being a part of it, seems to be ready to say about itself something like this: «I want to live! I want sadness. Love and happiness out of spite». That the CIS wants to live is an axiom, but whether it will live, and how, is an open essential question. If we correctly define the conditions under which the integration processes of the CIS are developing, it will be reasonable to combine the almost incoherent in the article, and understand what will happen if, on the one hand, there is a movement of integration policy and integration processes not only by the standards of the interests of one of the countries or a group of CIS countries, but also by the standards of the strategic interests of the Commonwealth. On the other hand, as far as it is possible and appropriate for the CIS countries to understand Russia as it is today, what its strategic interests are, and to refuse to interpret them as Russia's claims to an inappropriate dominant role for it. They recognized in practice that Russia does not prevent the CIS countries from cooperating with other blocs and groups of countries. And Russia today can offer a positive global and regional agenda for integration, stability and security in the region. Russia has enough hard and soft power, now you need to have the ability and tactics to combine both. CIS makes it possible for each country to organize its own view of Russia on this basis. And determine your relationship with her for the sake of your future and the future of the CIS.

CHANGES IN THE WORLD ORDER IN THE POST-EPIDEMIC ERA AND CHINA'S ROLE POSITIONING
This article analyzes the changes in the world order and the growing role of China in this process. The global Covid-19 pandemic has become not only a test and competition of various public health theories, but also triggered comparisons and judgments between the various political systems behind these theories.When states first faced the outbreak, then the spread and finally weakening of the pandemic, they were essentially confronted with uncertainty and fear of the unknown and anxiously began to look for acceptable models or “standardized” solutions. We see that the world after the pandemic has changed almost beyond recognition, and the problem of the new architecture of the world order has become acute for the world community. The idea is substantiated that in the process of participation in the existing international order, as the strength and international influence of China continues to grow, the contradiction between China's internal order and the existing international order becomes more and more noticeable. The practical value of the study consists in analyzing the implementation of the PRC's foreign policy strategy in the practice of international relations and the possibility of making a general forecast of China's place in the new world order, in considering Russian-Chinese cooperation in the plane of combining efforts to form a «just world order». It should be noted that when assessing the study of the issue of China's participation in the formation of the world order, in the presence of a significant number of articles, monographs and other published studies, mainly certain aspects of the topic have been touched upon. There is no comprehensive, comprehensive study characterizing how China's development is reflected in the formation of the world order, showing the degree of China's involvement in the formation of a new structure in the system of international relations in the post-coronavirus era.
