COOPERATION BETWEEN RUSSIA AND CHINA IN THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE "ECONOMIC ZONE OF SLK ROAD" PROJECT
The article is devoted to the study of problems and prospects of development of Russian-Chinese cooperation in the implementation of the "Economic zone of Silk Road" project. It also analyzes different approaches and ambiguity of views on the formats of cooperation between the EEU and the SCO, as well as feasibility of establishing a single free trade area.

THE ROLE OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY IN THE DEMOCRATIZATION OF SOCIETY
The article deals with the development of information and communication technologies and the Internet as accessible and mass phenomenon contributing to the development of democracy. The availability of powerful information systems, successfully decisive extensive range of tasks for planning and control of activity of the enterprise is the main indicator of improving productivity. The article also considers the problem of interaction between authorities and people, increasing political activity of citizens, their involvement in the elaboration and political decision-making.

NEW TRENDS IN THE FINANCING OF TERRORISM AND INTERNATIONAL SYSTEM OF COMBATING THE FINANCING OF TERRORISM
Terrorist organizations have turned into large international corporations. Conspiratorial training, a developed structure with their own networks in many countries of the world and enjoying serious private, and in many cases, public financial support. The scale of the consequences of terrorist crimes and a significant number of victims as a result of their commission leads to a decrease in the investment attractiveness of entire regions, increases the uncertainty factor in the economy, reduces labor productivity and employment, and there are fluctuations in the stock market. There are trends in the relationship between a terrorist organization and organized crime, including transnational ones. Terrorist activity is used as an instrument of interference in the internal affairs of the state.
