THE EURASIAN ECONOMIC UNION CUSTOMS CODE IN THE CONTEXT OF INTEGRATION PROCESSES DEVELOPMENT IN THE EEU

In 2015 the Eurasian Economic Union Treaty came into force. This fact determined the need to improve the Customs Code of the Customs Union, which has already come into conflict with the requirements of the new economic realities. The draft of the Eurasian Economic Union Customs Code undergoes approval procedure. The EEU Customs Code would provide a uniform customs regulations n order to create the necessary conditions to achieve the EEU Treaty objectives –forming single market, based on the principle of the “four freedoms”. The effectiveness of the single market formation will directly depend on the order and conditions of the stock movement between member states of the EEU.

FUNDAMENTALS OF CHINA'S FOREIGN POLICY STRATEGY IN MODERN WORLD

In the Westphalian system of international relations security issue is central. Before the state taking care of its national security, they understood it as preventing external aggression. The power of the state is determined on the basis of its military forces, and other factors not provided significant effect on this. As a result, the problem of military force was central to international relations. Peoples Republic of China just shows the balance of military, political, and other factors to ensure its security. Pursuing a policy of national interests will inevitably clash with the interests of other countries, China has studiously avoided with serious military conflict.

START FOR CIVIL SOCIETY THE SYSTEM OF VOCATIONAL EDUCATION: CASE OF EUROPEAN STATES

Civil society institutions in its system must provide qualified personnel, which are designed to form the cadre elite for their fellow citizens. Vocational training is one of the main factors to ensure the efficiency of the sphere of civil society. Intensive development of related social infrastructure systems in general society requires of its interested members of the maximum self-reliance and activity in relation to those institutions with which the interaction occurs.

This article discusses the features of the implementation of the vocational education system in European countries: France, UK, Germany. It seems that, to explore the area of vocational training, it is possible in the future to identify the main features of the structure of Representatives, its activity related to the civil society.

The present article is concerned with the problem of language policy influence on the political stability in post-Soviet states. The article analyzes the current status and role of the Russian language, trends in the development of language policy in the post-Soviet states. Authors draw the conclusian on the role of language policy in the process of transformation of the political systems in post-Soviet states.

EXECUTION OF JUDGMENTS IN CASES OF ADMINISTRATIVE OFFENSES AS A METHOD OF REDUCING RECEIVABLES AUTHORITIES

The article analyzes the problematic issues of execution of decisions on affairs about administrative offenses. The article deals with the problematic issues of implementation of the provisions of Art. 20.25 of the Administrative Code. The author revealed issues of cooperation between bodies carrying out administrative proceedings with the bailiffs, practical recommendations on improvement of normative legal regulation of proceedings on the AP in order to reduce accounts receivable.
