IMPLEMENTATION OF UZBEKISTAN'S FOREIGN POLICY STRATEGY WITHIN THE FRAMEWORK OF REGIONAL ORGANIZATIONS OF THE EURASIAN SPACE

The current geopolitical situation of Uzbekistan cannot but take into account the integration processes unfolding in Greater Eurasia. A number of post-Soviet countries within the framework of the EAEU are already working on the creation of a single economic space. The same can be said about China, which has been creating infrastructure projects within the framework of the Belt and Road initiative for several years and is gradually increasing its presence in Central Asia.

As part of the work, the aim was to investigate and analyze the foreign policy of the Republic of Uzbekistan in relation to participation in regional organizations in the Eurasian space.

Descriptive, analytical and comparative methods are chosen as the basis. This makes it possible to comprehensively assess not only the foreign policy discourse of Uzbekistan, but also the various points of view of researchers on the issues of participation of the Republic of Uzbekistan in various regional organizations.

The development of bilateral relations between Uzbekistan and Russia is possible only taking into account the mutual interests of the two states. In accordance with the foreign policy concept of Uzbekistan, participation in regional organizations is not a priority for the development of the state, and the main focus is on the development of bilateral relations. Thus, the possibility of Uzbekistan's participation in the EAEU directly depends on the real benefits and privileges that it could receive from this participation. And the existing work of the Republic of Uzbekistan within the SCO is dictated primarily by the need to strengthen and implement the country's geopolitical interests in Central Asia.

(LATE XX – EARLY XXI CENTURIES)

The article systematically examines Russian-language historical, religious studies and ethnographic studies of the 20th-21st centuries, which touch upon the causes of the spread of Islam among the Central Asia Turks in the 10th-13th centuries. As the main reasons for the spread of Islam among the Turks, researchers identify the following: the falling of the Central Asia territory into the orbit of the Arab Caliphate as a result of the conquest of this region by the Arabs, the political and cultural influence of Maverannahr Islamized by the Arabs on the Turks, the desire of the Turks through the adoption of Islam to join the Muslim culture, the desire of the Turks to consolidate through the establishment of a single religion, certain political and economic claims of the Turks’ ruling elite, the influence of Islamized Turkic gulams on their former fellow tribesmen, the effective activity of Muslim missionaries, certain essential characteristics of Islam, the assimilation of Islam by the Turks in the form of Sufism, the willingness and need of the Turks to adopt a monotheistic religion. The author of the article notes on the material of the studied literature the development during the XX-XXI centuries views on the Islamization of the Turks, the emergence of the idea of this process as an extremely complex and multifactorial phenomenon.

THE THEORY OF SEPARATION OF POWERS IN THE MODERN PRACTICE OF POLITICAL MANAGEMENT

It is noted that the modern interpretation of the principle of separation of powers is broader than in classical science. It is argued that the theory should still be understood and perceived as containing ideal principles of the structure of the state mechanism, having a theoretical and ideological justification in the context of the theory of separation of powers, and embodied in the legal and political organization of modern legal states. Accordingly, the principle acquires a specific "sound" in the laws and political life of each of the states. The theoretical grounds for determining one of the branches of government as a fundamental, priority are considered. It is noted that there are currently not enough theoretical grounds for singling out one of the branches of government as a priority.

Key words: separation of powers, state, political system, constitutionalism, theory of social contract, public administration system.
