This article is devoted to the elimination of at least to a small extent a small share of knowledge on this topic. The analysis focuses on the joint efforts of Russia and Germany, scientists, researchers, teachers, administrators, who give an additional impetus to the fact that on a regular basis to hold meetings of Russian and German scientists, University professors.
