ON THE CRITERIA FOR EVALUATING THE INTEGRATION EFFECT IN THE EAEC

The authors suggest criteria for assessing the effects of integration on the basis of the analysis and evaluation of the integration of markets. Countries' interaction within the EAEC in the energy, financial, information, telecommunication, transport services et al., May lead to multiplicative effect the development of other sectors of the economy. The potential for import substitution potential to increase and diversify exports to third countries may occur in cooperation of countries to create favorable conditions for the development of sales and marketing, and ultimately to the production and introduction of high technologies, the development of international production chains, creation of conditions for doing business within EAEC and increase the participation of member states in the creation of global value added. Creating the conditions for the liberalization of business and development will provide cost savings for the manufacturer of the EAEC, increase the competitiveness of products, the free market will form a production and lead to significant economic benefits.

FORMATION OF EURASIAN VALUE CHAINS AS A FACTOR OF NATIONAL ECONOMY COMPETITIVENESS OF THE EAEC

The article examines the possibility of increasing the share of economic entities of Russia and Kazakhstan in the formation of global value chains (GCC); states that in the form in which they are recommended by experts of the OECD and the WTO, GSO responsible tasks exclusively monopolar configuration of the world economy, where the leader is the United States. The possibility of introducing the GCC countries to the territory of the EAEC, on the basis of the possibility of the full resource provision and realization of national interests of the problem of optimization of the economic structure in the fall in oil prices. The attention that the participation of national economies in the GCC must be accompanied by an increase in their handling, solving the problems of development, even in harsh conditions of the world economic situation. Allowable dependence on external factors due to participation in the GCC should be calculated and offset by the possibility of state regulation (in some cases directly to the control) and / or compensated for (emergency) internal resource potential in the event of a number of foreign suppliers to perform their obligations. This does not exclude the feasibility of regulating the investment and business climate in order to increase its attractiveness for both domestic and foreign suppliers, optimizing the process of using foreign direct investment and international economic cooperation for development of the real sector of the EAEC.

DEVELOPMENT OF SPECIALIZATION AND COOPERATION, FORMATION EURASIAN PHARMACEUTICAL MARKET AND MEDICAL DEVICES

The article deals with the development of international cooperation and specialization in the pharmaceutical industry of the Member States EAEC and SCO. Particular attention is paid to the formation of a common Eurasian market of pharmaceuticals and medical products, which will be operational from 1 January 2016. Consider the vector of economic cooperation in this area in the context of strengthening international cooperation between the Eurasian Union and the countries of the SCO, especially with China.

RESEARCH ON THE COMPETITIVENESS OF THE EURASIAN ECONOMIC UNION (EAEU) MEMBERS' BANKING SYSTEMS

The article describes the banking systems of EAEU members. It describes the basic features of banking supervision and regulation of EAEU members and also reviews the possibilities of the formation of sustainable competitive advantages of commercial banks. Proposals to improve the banking system and the banking sector of EAEU members are also mentioned in the article.

PROBLEMS OF MIGRATION MANAGEMENT IN THE SCO AND THE EAEC COUNTRIES

The article analyzes the impact of a number of economic and demographic factors of migration in the EAEC and SCO and compares migration policy of countries of the Eurasian Economic Union as well as such international unions as the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation, including the ratification of these countries the most important international convention on human rights of migrants and labour migration. Obtained flows of the EAEC students studying abroad. The effect of urbanization on rural migration and the relation of this phenomenon of international migration. The conclusion about the impossibility of successful economic integration in the EAEC in the absence of a common labour market; emphasized the role of remittance in poverty reduction at native countries.

CONSEQUENCES OF ADAPTATION OF THE RUSSIAN SYSTEM OF TAXATION OF OIL PRODUCTION TO THE DEVELOPMENT OF INTEGRATION PROCESSES WITHIN THE CUSTOMS UNION

Article is devoted to an assessment of the last changes of system of the taxation of oil production in Russia caused by need of harmonization of tax systems in the Customs union. The compelled decrease in size of the export customs duties on oil and products of its processing was compensated by growth of a tax on mining. Already in the short-term period it will lead to the essential growth of cost of fuel in domestic market.
