STRATEGY US OF THE GLOBAL LEADERSHIP
The author analyzes the evolution of the US national security strategy. It explores the influence exerted by the United States, to the events in Ukraine. The author notes that one of the main areas of international security is to search for and implementation of a compromise, a balance of national interests of the world community. The aggravation of global problems and global systemic crisis led to the emergence and the rapid formation of a "global" interests as the interests of the whole of humanity, as reflected in the strategy of sustainable development. Finding ways to harmonize national interests is a challenge associated with the gradual leveling of the world community safety and access to an acceptable level of international security.

PARLIAMENTARISM AS A POLITICAL SYSTEM OF STATE
The article examines the nature of public power and changing perceptions of it over time. In political science it confirmed the view that the government ensures stability and order in society, protects its citizens from internal and external attacks through the use of various methods, including state coercion and military means. It can be mild or severe, but devoid of organization, it loses the quality of the government, as it becomes unable to carry out the will of the ruling of the subject to life, to ensure law and order in society.

SOME PECULIARITIES OF STATE SOVEREIGNTY IN THE MODERN INTERNATIONAL LAW
In this article have been researched the new approaches of state sovereignty in international law, where the process of integration, which today cause a situation where all legal systems, including the law of Kazakhstan, are under constant pressure from the integration of the Eurasian Union and the development of the law that is actively changing the contents and structure of the system. Integration requires for its effectiveness development of common legal rules, procedures and standards. However, the citizens of Kazakhstan and Belorussia in integration processes do not want to lose its public identity. Therefore it is very important that the integration processes taking place at the present stage, as planned, were mainly the integration of economies, and in any case we are not talking about the political integration. Carefully analyzed different points of view of well-known Russian and foreign scientists in this field.

The scientific reflection of modern regional development, wich is characterized by contradictory and ambiguous, is presented. It is noted that dialogue between actors in international relations needs to intensify as it becomes a factor in the creation of a more stable world order and condition of effectiveness of the system cooperation, contributing to the transformation of modern political mechanisms.

Bulgarian-Macedonian nationalist debates are actively developing in the Internet. Bulgarian and Macedonian users offer diametrically different versions of historical and political events. These interpretations assist t nationalism rise in Bulgaria and Macedonia.
