TRANSFORMATION OF THE POLITICAL AND LEGAL STATUS OF THE RUSSIAN LANGUAGE IN THE REPUBLIC OF MOLDOVA IN THE CONTEXT OF THE TRANSNISTRIAN CONFLICT

This article is devoted to the interconnection and close contact of language policy and political stability in the post-Soviet states. The influence of language conflict on the stability of the state is analyzed. A brief description of the language policy and trends in its development in Moldova at the time of the collapse of the USSR is given, and conclusions are drawn about its role in stabilizing the political system of the Moldovan state.

SOCIAL STRUCTURE OF HUMANITY: SYSTEM ANALYSIS OF ITS ELEMENTS

The purpose of this article is to offer a vision of the social structure of mankind, to determine the list of basic elements of its components, to ascertain their unique features and on the basis of this analysis to establish the order of their hierarchical relationships. The research corrects a fundamental contradiction of exclusion of the human from the ideas about the social structure and the subject of sociology by modern humanitarian science. Forms an adequate basis for the correction of contradictions in terms and the structure of social and public administration. In the research for the first time applied system analysis to the study of the social structure of humanity.

BRICS COUNTRIES UNITE TO BUILD A JUST AND MULTIPOLAR WORLD

This article is devoted to the problem of the BRICS, which increases its relevance, becoming one of the key directions of Russian foreign policy. It is shown that the creation of this interstate association has become one of the most significant events in recent times. In this context it is examined the features, problems and development prospects of the group. Also, it is analyzed the results of the BRICS Summit held on 15-16 October 2016 in the Indian Goa.
